A 30 minute conversation with Kurt Hegetschweiler. Where the business is now, what is getting in the way, and what is possible from here. No cost.
Leave your details and we will be in touch to lock in a time.
We will never pass your details to anyone else.
Three things. It is a real conversation, not a presentation.
Turnover, margin, the team, how the jobs are running, and what is actually getting in the way.
Kurt has coached residential builders, and only residential builders, since 2004. He will tell you what he sees and where the bottleneck sits, based on what he has watched work across thousands of building businesses.
Whether Builders Coach can help you, and whether working together makes sense. An honest answer either way.
Kurt's coaching is by application and he works with a limited number of builders. Not everyone is coachable, not everyone wants to change how they run things, and not everyone clicks with his style. Better to work that out in 30 minutes than a year in.
The short form on this page. A few details about you and the business.
Someone from the team will contact you to arrange a time, and send you a few questions so Kurt understands your situation before you speak.
Thirty minutes with Kurt. Straight talk, both directions.
Most of them are busy. The work is there, the reputation is there, and the profit still does not match the effort. They are across every job, every quote and every decision, and not much moves without them.
Some are turning over several million. Some are smaller and ambitious. What they have in common is that they want to be in control of the numbers, the team and their own time, and they are prepared to change how they run things to get there.
If that sounds like where you are, or where you are trying to get to, the conversation is worth having.
He was turning over around $3 million on roughly 10% margin, working about 80 hours a week to hold it together, quoting after hours and treating every enquiry as urgent.
Clients now pay around $3,000 for a preliminary agreement before he does any detailed pricing, so his expertise gets paid for instead of given away. His week has gone from about 80 hours to about 35.

Kurt has coached residential builders, and only residential builders, since 2004. More than twenty years on the same set of problems, which is what makes the Million Dollar Builder framework a tested process rather than a set of ideas.
He wrote Million Dollar Builder and Million Dollar Builder 2.0, both international best sellers, and thousands of builders have taken up the Million Dollar Builder challenge since. He also owned a renovations business and launched a national luxury custom home building franchise before any of the coaching.

Kurt. Not a salesperson, and not a junior coach.

Thirty minutes.
Kurt coaches builders across Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada.
No. The one-on-one coaching is by application and Kurt takes on a limited number of builders. The session is where both sides work out whether it makes sense.
